This isn't the most current version, but it is a build from the SVN branch a while ago.
http://code.patricktmarsh.com/builds/py2.5_mpl-0.98.6svn.win32.exe The machine I used to build this took a dive so I no longer have a working development environment so I can't build a more current .exe for you. Maybe in a week or two I'll have more time, but based on my schedule, I doubt it.
