Hi; Somewhat related to my earlier question: instead of doing a surfaceplot, I have also considered doing a pcolormesh of a 2D dataset in the z=0 plane. This doesn't seem to be immediately possible though, but it would be a really nice feature. Is there a way to do it that doesn't require too much messing aroud? Otherwise, please consider this a feature request...
