In the Python Command Line window, I've tried most of the "install matplotlib" 
instructions, but continue to get "Syntax Error".Double-clicking on the 
downloaded matplotlib (.whl) file asks what I want to use to open the file.I'm 
new to Python, and am a loss as to how to install "matplotlib"! Please Help !!
