Hello Matpower Users! I would like to use a state estimator included in Matpower 3.0.0. In state_est file I read: NOTE: This is specific to the 30-bus system where bus 1 is the reference bus which is connected to branches 1 and 2. Is it possible to use Matpower's state estimator for different cases? What modifications are necessary? I will be really appreciate yours help.
