Dear Ray, After checking the section 3.1 of the manual, I found that the caseformat.m version in my matpower 3.1b2 downloaded from www.psercornell.edu/matpower is 1.7, not 2.0.
I did not know the reason. Can you send me the latest version matpower with the caseformat version 2.0 Now, I am preparing my doctor paper, and want to compare some results of examples between my method and matpower.
