Thank you, I will try.

and I have tried to run the opf with the dispatchable loads and got the error
message:

Error using ==> fmincopf at 172
For a dispatchable load, PG and QG must be consistent
with the power factor defined by PMIN and the Q limits.

I'm not sure what happen as I don't really understand how your dispatchable
loads work technically.
and I wonder if we can have the dispatchable loads on the gen bus.

what is the case format including the dispatchable loads? Is it the same with
your 't_auction_case'?

what is the 'gencost' format you used in the 't_auction_case'?

Sorry that I've got so many problems. Anyway, thank you for you help.

I'm not sure, but it is likely an incompatibility between your versions of
Matlab and MINOPF. If you are using Matlab 7.3 or later on Windows, please use
the latest versions (3.2) of MATPOWER and MINOPF.

    Hello

I tried the auction code unsuccessfully as the MATLAB stated

  ??? Invalid MEX-file '...\toolbox\matpower3.0.0\minopf3.0.0_w32\minopf.dll':
The specified procedure could not be found.

How could I make the 'minopf' work? I extracted the zip file into the
matpower and it contains the 'minopf.dll'. What else I need to do?
