I have a 64-bit debian linux with a SSH connection to the internet if
needed. I use debian unstable. If you want, I can make an account for
you... just let me know what stuff you require to compile your software...

ps: the 4.0 version of matpower works on all my old files, although i
only played with the standard load flow for now...
