So, if I understand correctly you want to put upper and lower bounds on the net injections at each bus, right? If so, I think doing it with the A matrix like you said is probably the right solution. You obviously want to use some Matlab code to build the A matrix automatically as opposed to doing it by hand. It should be pretty straightforward.
