When using an AC versus DC version of runmarket, you are using different 
network models and therefore different optimization problems to compute prices. 
You should not expect to get the same solution from two different models. Even 
without losses (setting line R to zero), the models are different ... AC has 
more degrees of freedom it can use to redispatch active generation to minimize 
cost.
