I'm not sure if it's a typo, but you should be setting Qmin=-Qd, not -Pd. Also, 
I'd set Pg = Pmin and Qg = Qmin for the dispatchable load entries in gen.

If that doesn't help, you can send me the case off-list and I'll have a look.
