If you can send me the case, I might be able to find time to take a quick look at it, but in general I don't really have time to debug people's case files. One of the first things to try is to solve a simple power flow (instead of OPF). Another idea is to relax all line flow limits and reactive power limits and see if you can get the OPF to converge.
