Hello all, After running the matpower, we can get the vector vectors on all buses, which are the state estimates of the power system. After obtaining the state estimates, how can a control center response? I mean, what can the control center do? For example, if the control center finds that one transmission line reaches its capacity, does it have a way to adjust the voltage vectors on the two buses of that transmission line? or to adjust the load and generating power? Thanks.
