Dear all,
(1) After runopf for the case24_ieee_rts, the system summary part
shows one shunt. However, mpc.bus(:,GS) only shows zeros. Is this a
conflict?
(2) The paper
"The {IEEE} Reliability Test System 1996, A Report Prepared By The
Reliability Test System Task Force Of The Application Of Probability
Methods Subcommittee"
has the following line on page 1016: 'The RTS-79 is expanded to
include a phase shifter, ...'. However, I cannot find it in the
current case. I cannot find it in the paper neither. Anybody can
clarify this?
