I'm using MatPower 4.1 which i believe is the latest version. The net reactive, and real, power injection is equal to the generator output only if there is ONE generator incident at the bus. In case of multiple generators incident at a bus MatPower sums up the individual generator power injections and prints it in output bus data. > Run some case > then you can see the generations on the command window by default.
