As Álvaro suggested, Section A.4.3 in the User's Manual details the 1st order KKT conditions that are solved by the MIPS solver for the problem described in A.4.2. The exact contents of the F, G and H functions depend on whether it is an AC or DC power flow and what user-supplied constraints, costs, variables may be included. The details are found in chapter 5.
