Hi; Unfortunately, the original data does not include those parameters. A while ago, based on information about base transmission line voltage, standard conductor sizes, and information about whether certain lines were single or double circuit, a colleague, Claudio Zapata,  made some educated guesses about the possible ratings of the original IEEE 118 bus system.  Perhaps you could try to do this as well.
