Are you sure the modeling assumptions are the same?
And is there a reason you think MATPOWER's answer is the one that is incorrect?
Does t/t_makeLODF pass all of the tests on your machine? If so, are you able to
spot any errors in logic in the test code there?
To me, it seems a pretty straightforward test that verifies the correctness of
the LODF matrix returned by makeLODF, but I'll be the first to admit (from my
years of work with software) that just because something seems correct to me,
doesn't mean I haven't missed something.
