Hello to everyone!I want to make a reliability analysis to the ieee24 buses
system.In order to calculate the energy not served i will put extra generators
, which are more expensive ,to serve the loads and will work only in case the
other generators have failed.Before doing that, I put the extra generators, one
in each PV bus. The extra generators have a bigger capacity than the U197 and
modified cost data, which were made just increasing the values of the
coefficients and the starting cost of U197. So, at first, I ran an opf without
any generator failing and the problem did not converged and it says'
numerically failed'.What am I doing wrong?Is it wrong to modify arbitrarily the
cost data to create new ones?Also, how can I make this generators work only if
the rest of the others don't satisfy the load and not always?Thank you in
