I have not experienced that myself, so I'm afraid I don't have any solutions. It may be related to incompatibilities between the various OS and Matlab libraries used to build Gurobi's MEX files and the versions of the same available on your system, or it might just be a bug in Matlab or Gurobi. If you can't resolve the problem with the help of the folks from Gurobi, you might just try CPLEX. Or if you have access to Matlab's Optimization Toolbox, maybe just use their solvers (OPF_ALG_DC = 300).
