Dear all, In most graphical power system software we see branch capacity as a constant .e.g line 2-4: 87%
But if you run matpowerpf you would see for a certain branch the sending ( here bus 2) and receiving bus (bus 4) have different S (complex power) than bus 4 to bus 2.If anybody wants to calculate the percentage of line used capacity which of these should he refer to(16.89 or 16.43)?
