Dear Matpower-developers, the IEEE power flow test cases (14-bus - 300-bus) are provided with the Matpower source-files. Within these files, generation cost data is given as well (which is noch defined in the original test case archive at http://www.ee.washington.edu/research/pstca/). Is there any literature where the cost-data is from?
I am asking since I am developing OPF methods and would like to know where the cost data comes from. Thanks for your valuable help! Kind regards Stephan Hutterer
