Dear Sirs, I've been trying to generate the covariance matrix (14x14) for the voltage using the 14-bus test code "test_se_14bus.m", but I'm facing a problem which is that when the sigmas are constant, the code gives me the same values of voltage in each run. This means I have only a vector of voltages for a fixed sigma. So how can I generate a covariance matrix (14x14) from a voltage vector of 14 values?
