1. See help makeJac. 2. Unfortunately, it is not included in the currently release version of MATPOWER (4.1). The development version of MATPOWER (not currently released) does officially support CPF and it includes this feature. I won’t attempt to predict the release timeframe because I always get that wrong ;-)
