Dear Dr Zimmerman, There is a line that connects buses 1 and 2. I want to add a voltage regulator in this line, in order to regulate the voltage at bus 2. The voltage regulator will not be making any phase shifting, but by using taps, it will be altering the voltage of bus 2, in order to reduce the voltage rise caused by local generation at bus 2. This is the operation of the 'line voltage regulator'.
I have not found in your manual a reference to the 'line voltage regulator' . All I can find is the 'transformer'. Does the 'transformer' , refer to the voltage regulator that I am referring to ? Thank you
