Dear Dr. Zimmerman, I am running an OPF with case57. When Vmin and Vmax at slack bus are set respectively 0.94 and 1.06 pu the capacity is lower than that when Vmin=Vmax. Basically, the former one (Vmin and Vmax= 0.94 and 1.06 pu) must be higher. What is the reason?
