Hi Mesude,

RTS case has multiple generators hooked up to the same bus.
This is the reason you only see 11 PV bus in the bus data; however, the
first column of gen data identifies the location of generators.
Please take a look at the first column of gen data, you will see 4
generators are connected to BUS 1, 4 generators are connected to BUS 2 etc.
This formulation allows us to model different generators with different
cost functions while they are all connected to the same bus.
