Dear Zahid Khan,
As far as I know Statee Estimation problems need very specific
stochastic based programs working iteratively with Load Flow
solutions in real time to identify bad data and bad measurements
over the network.
One of the first researchers to work with the idea of State
Estimation was Prof. Alcir Monticelli from UNICAMP-Brasil. Up
to where my knowledge goes, MATPOWER doesn't have State Estimation
routines to be used in the identification of bad data and bad
measrements in a given network.
