Ahmad, Do you really mean distribution as "phase domain" unbalanced (as opposie to positive sequence transmission) ?
I do not belive there are 33 and 69 distrubution test setups in IEEE. If you find other providers (CIGRE, IEE etc.) than IEEE distribution cases, pleas let the forum (or me) know. I work on unbalanced phase domain systems for some time and the IEEE are the only ones that I am aware of. The IEEE subcommity on distribution test feeders has 13, 34, 37, 123... Bus cases (see http://ewh.ieee.org/soc/pes/dsacom/testfeeders/index.html). Perhaps go to CIGRE and IEE sphere of influence with this question.
