Hi all! am I right that line parameters which are given in various cases are in PU.
and in order to recalculate them to resistance I firstly should find z_base=V_base^2/baseMVA. and then: r=r_pu*z_base, for example. what if I have different base voltage at the ends of the line? Best, Vladimir
