In the manual, bc is the BR_B term for a pi line model, but is not the same that: Z=(1/(R+jX) Y=1/Z bc= Y/2. What is exactly bc? I do not have capacitance line data. I only have this data for LV lines and I can't consider this type of line as short lines (it means to depreciate bc) because matpower models it as a pi model.
