I guess the question is, what do you mean by “reconfiguration”. I’m used to
thinking of it with regard to network switching in largely radial distribution
networks. If that is what you mean, then it simply involves changing the
BR_STATUS column of the branches of interest in the branch matrix in MATPOWER.
