I’m afraid not. However, it you want to do reactive instead of (not in addition to) active power reserves, it should be pretty trivial to just duplicate toggle_reserves.m under a different name and change all references to active power quantities to reactive power. Implementing it for both active and reactive would take a little more work, but should be straightforward once you understand the existing code in toggle_reserves.m.
