Questions about dynamic model parameter of IEEE 39bus system

Hi everyone,

I try to build the dynamic model of IEEE 39 bus in MatDyn, however,
everytime I run the simulation, it reports errors which say the Generator
not in steady-state, which means, the Gen, Exciter or Governor parameters
are written wrong. Could any one tell me the applicable parameters used in
MatDyn. Thanks!
