You have offered a total of 150 MW of generation, but the system includes more than 150 MW of fixed loads, plus the dispatchable loads that are being bid. So there is no feasible solution. With those offers and bids, you’ll need to decrease the loads in the PD column of the bus matrix to get feasibility.
