Hello,
I have installed MATPOWER5.1 version and I am using MATLAB version
7.10 R2010a.
However I am unable to run Matpower and I get the following error.
version (Version of MATLAB installed)
ans = 7.10.0.499 (R2010a)
test_matpower (Error Message)
??? Undefined function or method 'have_fcn' for input arguments of
type 'char'.
Error in ==> test_matpower at 44
if have_fcn('fmincon')
