Thanks Sh. Ji Chen for your kind information. A dynamic data for a test network mainly include detailed modeling of Generator (Exciter, PSS, Turbine/Governor) and Load (Constant ZIP - impedance/current/power modeling) entities.
For your kind information, a dynamic data for the IEEE 39 bus test system (New England) has been provided here: http://www.sel.eesc.usp.br/ieee/IEEE39/New_England_Reduced_Model_(39_bus_system)_MATLAB_study_report.pdf However, Load modeling can assumed as ZIP and set proper gain constants. In the case of generator data, at least, the following details has to be prepared, particularly the *Generator dynamic data (Unit No. xd xdd xddd Td0d Td0dd xq xqd xqdd Tq0d Tq0dd H D*. ======================= *Generator dynamic data:* Unit No. xd xdd xddd Td0d Td0dd xq xqd xqdd Tq0d Tq0dd H D *Generator AVR parameters:* Unit No. TR KA TA TB TC Vsetpoint EfdMax EfdMin *PSS parameters:* Unit No. K TW T1 T2 T3 T4 VP SSMax VP SSMin *Generator setpoint data (Governor Model)* Unit No. Pset point ======================= Even in the case of *Generator dynamic data (*Unit No. xd xdd xddd Td0d Td0dd xq xqd xqdd Tq0d Tq0dd H *D), *we can assume either any of generator model ( 2.2 model, 1.1 model or classical model), but the setting of H and D indeed depends on the number of units connected together in a power plant. Therefore, in order to generate a hypothetical data for detailed modeling of a network dynamic data, I would request others to help in setting of appropriate assumptions to the above data, particularly the Generator dynamic data, for IEEE 118 or other higher sized networks.
