On their website (www.posoco.in<http://www.posoco.in>) you will be able to find several recent files. The last one I got was "a_All India Basic Network_Q3_2015-16.zip", which is their Dec 2015 Winter Peak case. I converted this file to MATPOWER format using psse2mpc, although I had to manually fix 13 transformers which were missing the NOMV1 field. The resulting file solves OK in MATPOWER (it has 6,096 active buses). I don't think I have the right to re-distribute this file, so if anybody wants this, please email me privately. -- Jose L.
