Dear MATPOWER Users, Does anyone of you has RBTS Bus#4, and Bus#3 data in the MATPOWER format ?
Although it's easy to find description of these systems in the internet, but I want to make sure that I am not miscalculating R and X values of branches. Thank you very much, your help will be greatly appreciated.
