The LMPs are simply the Lagrange multipliers on the power balance constraints, 
equation (6.2) in the User’s Manual 
<http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/docs/MATPOWER-manual-6.0b1.pdf>. How 
they are computed depends on the solver. For details on the default solver see 
Appendix A.4, and follow how lambda is computed.
