teast_matpower command warning

Why do i get this warning:
Warning: You have $MATPOWER/t/t_loadcase in your path. In general your path
should not include
sub-directories of $MATPOWER/t. While harmless, it does prevent this test
from verifying the
ability to load m-file cases that are outside your path.
