Benny,

I had a the same problem and it turned out to be there was a problem with
my psse raw file.  There were both formatting problems and missing buses in
the raw file that became apparent when I tried to open the file in
powerworld.  If you want I can take a look at your file.  If you have
powerworld you might want to try opening the file there to see the error
messages you get.
