Yes, looks like your MATPOWER and CPLEX installations are fine. I’m afraid your 
original error however does not give me enough information to guess what the 
source of the problem might be. It’s an error internal to CPLEX, which I assume 
means there is an issue with the input data somewhere. I would suggest that you 
begin by attempting to start with a working example, such as one of the 
examples in the manual and modify it step-by-step toward the case that gives 
you the error, to see if you can pinpoint the cause. Maybe just comparing the 
input files for your case to a working case will help you spot a problem.
