potential contributions to MATPOWER do it the new "GitHub way" by submitting
issues and pull requests on GitHub <https://github/MATPOWER/matpower>. I hope

with pointers on how to do that, but until then Google can help you with the
details.
Regarding your KronCoeff code, I notice that you do a full inversion of the
Ybus matrix, which means that this approach will not scale to large systems. Is
there a way to avoid that inversion?
