Dear All, I am trying to learn Matpower as a powerful tool for system analysis. While I was practicing runcpf with t_case9_pfv2, I realized that the index of bus 3, is written 30. Line 20, in here <http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/docs/ref/matpower5.0/t/t_case9_pfv2.html>.
I am wonder if it's a bug or a reason behind it!.
