There is some code for calculating the loss sensitivity factors (LSF) near the end of the tests for get_losses() <http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/docs/ref/matpower6.0/get_losses.html> in t_get_losses() <http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/docs/ref/matpower6.0/t/t_get_losses.html>. I’m not aware of code for calculating voltage stability index (VSI), though others might know.
