Kindly, Inquiry about modeling TCSC in matpower

Greetings,

I am Hamza, a PhD student at USM - Malaysia. I am doing a reliability study
of FACTS devices. First, I would like to thank Mr. Ray D. Zimmerman for
creating the awesome tool-Matpower.

I have tried to model TCSC using matpower, however, I have faced a serious
obstacle which is as follows:
according to this equation: the power transmitted is

​Lets say, if the rating of a branch is 200 MW, when I decrease X of this
branch, the power flow doesn't exceed the branch rating which is defined in
the case code. how can I make the power flow of this branch responds to the
decreasing of X.
