How to extract the H matrix for DC state estimation for usage in WLS Function

Respected Community Help me in following please.

The x- estimated state(angles) are calculated using WLS function as
explained follows:


*                 x_estimated= [  Inverse { (Transpose (H) ) . W. H)  }
. Transpose (H).W] z *

(Here W,  is a diagonal matrix with elements that  are reciprocal of
variance and z is the real power injection matrix into buses
)
