A few suggestions to try …

1. Try running a simple DC OPF on your system (with each load level included in 
the UC problem) to ensure that there is not a problem any of the single-period 
problems.
2. Relax all intertemporal constraints (i.e. use large values for RAMP_30).
3. You haven’t said whether this is deterministic or stochastic, but if the 
latter, try a deterministic case (i.e. a single base state per period with no 
contingency states)
