Unless someone else here has the time to help, I’m afraid this is probably not 
the best place to try to get this sort of help. I’m happy to try to answer any 
questions you have about the functionality of MATPOWER itself, but 
unfortunately, I don’t have time to solve issues encountered in users' 
applications of MATPOWER code to their own problems, except in cases where 
there are obvious suggestions that don’t involve non-trivial time understanding 
their problem and their code. For that sort of help I suggest looking to the 
power systems faculty or grad students at your local university.

Did you have a specific question about some MATPOWER functionality?
