Yes. I suggest that you use runmarket()

as described in Appendix F of the MATPOWER User’s Manual
<http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/docs/MATPOWER-manual-6.0.pdf>. Just be
sure to set mkt.OPF to 'DC'.
